Touche the Indian Ringneck
Touche was in and out of homes for his heightened behavior and high pitched shrieks. His previous home had clipped him so brutally that even his tail was short. Luckily, they left some of his primary flight feathers intact and he was able to get across the room like a torpedo (which quickly became his nickname!)
