Rusty the Eclectus
Rusty was dropped off because his humans could no longer take care of him, and his health was looking grave. He came with a bare chest that he had done to himself, an overgrown beak and a terribly high-fat and high-sugar diet that can be the beginning of the end for an Eclectus parrot.
However, Rusty was the most enthusiastic parrot we've ever had and was eager to learn how to overcome his various fears.
